Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you receive your painting, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
As your order is 100% unique and custom-made for you, we cannot offer refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us and we’ll do our best to make sure you’re happy. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, let us know and we’ll send out a replacement as fast as possible! Note that while we do not refund faulty orders, we do replace them as quickly as we can.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will receive a return address to return the painting, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive the package back we will make you a full refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
